Patti’s Tour de Italy Wine Tasting Dinner


How does a Patti’s Wine Tasting Dinner work?

Guests will check in at the Hostess Podium inside Patti’s Atrium. A Hostess will escort you to Bill’s Presidential Dining Room where you will be greeted with a glass of Avissi Prosecco to start your dining experience. Once everyone has been seated, a Wine Sommelier will take you through the Tour de Italy. The featured Wines you will be tasting have been paired with the unique menu designed by Patti’s Chef and Pastry Chef.  This specific menu is served in 4 courses, each paired with a precise Wine. Appetizer, Salad, Entree and Dessert.

Patti’s Wine Tasting Dinner is sold by tables, with limited seating. A table is purchased for the number of seats at the table, for example, if you have 3 guests, you must purchase a table for 4. You can bring a 4th person at the last minute, if you find one, but no more than 4 will be seated. Building occupancy numbers are accounted for due to Covid restaurant guidelines.  PLEASE NOTE: You WILL NOT receive tickets in the mail. The $5 shipping fee is for administrative costs and the copy of your PayPal receipt will be what you will need to bring with you the day of the event. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to check in at the hostess podium. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE


MARCH 5TH (FRIDAY) at 6:30pm 

Travel through Italy without leaving the room with Patti’s Tour de Italy Wine Tasting Dinner. Enjoy a four course meal paired with amazing wines, starting off with a welcoming drink, Avissi Prosecco. Our Wine Sommelier has paired several wonderful wines with  featured recipes from our two Patti’s Chefs.
Your first course takes you to Tuscany’s greatest white wine growing areas, grown in vineyards at elevations as high as 700 metres where you will enjoy a glass of Frescobaldi Pomino Bianco. A delicate and elegant wine with gentle floral aromas combined with fruity notes of sweet Williams pear, apple, grapefruit and fragrant lemon as you are treated to Fried Polenta Sticks with roasted tomato marinara and spinach and artichoke dip finished with shaved parmigiana & parsley. Next you will travel through Northeastern Italy with a glass of Ruffino Sparkling Rose paired with a Caesar Salad with Parmesan crisp and shaved Prosciutto. Course 3 finds you in the hills of Tuscany with a glass of Antinori Tenuta Guado Al Tasso Il Bruciato paired with a delicious entree, Homemade Rigatoni made in a black truffle cream sauce with mushrooms and parmesan crusted chicken topped with arugula parmesan mini salad. Our last stop on our Tour of Italy gives you a taste of Umberto Fiore Moscato D’Asti. As implied by its name, the wine is made from Moscato grapes grown in vineyards near the town of Asti and falls under Italy’s highest category of production. This wonderful wine will be paired with Tiramisu, an elegant and rich layered Italian dessert made with delicate ladyfinger cookies, espresso, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, Marsala wine, rum and cocoa powder.
